TRANSPORTATION LEAD

Director of Transportation for Crown Consult since 2017, whilst holding the position of Director of Transportation for Transdata Solutions Ltd in United Kingdom. He had previously been responsible for the transportation research within FaberMaunsell (now AECOM) for 20 years, heading the development and enhancement of transport modelling and appraisal techniques. He managed the development of the transportation office in Singapore and the expansion of the business in South-East Asia (Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, etc).

INFRASTRUCTURE LEAD

A Civil Engineer with 27 years of experience. He has been a Resident Engineer and have dealt with all scales of infrastructure projects, including the design, maintenance and urgent repairs of roads, water, sewer, and drainage networks in various areas of the Dubai Emirate.  He has been leading the design and construction supervision team, monitoring the works performed by the contractor, coordinating with both, the client and the contractor, certifying the contractor’s payments, settling the contractor’s claims and carrying out all  activities leading to the project handover. He has been continuously working on Dubai Municipality Projects and with his strong skills, has gained considerable supervision experience and reputation with the clients. Mr. Mousa has been responsible for presenting infrastructure designs to the client and for handling emergencies  such as pipe breaks and the repair of damaged lines, flow diversion and over pumping; and for retrofitting storm water drainage lines to promptly drain the surface and underground water.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT LEAD

A Civil Engineer with 17 years of experience specializing in Transportation Planning. He had previously worked as the Head of the Roads and Transport at AMCE, Director and Manager of the Roads and Transport Department at the Polokwane Local Municipality, Traffic and Transportation Consulting Engineer at Aurecon and Royal Haskoning DHV. His experience extends to major transportation planning projects at the municipal, regional, and national levels in South Africa, East Africa and the Middle East. He led the planning and implementation of the Integrated Rapid Bus Transit in Polokwane and Ekurhuleni and Tshwane (South Africa). He was also involved in the development of National Transport Master Plans and Feasibility Studies in several African countries.

Director of Urban Studies for Crown since 2019. He was formerly the Technical Manager and Head of Modelling at IBI GROUP, technical director at Pell Frischmann, and associated director at CDM Smith and Jacobs. Worked on the National Spatial Strategy and Integrated Transport and Urban Planning Policies in U.K., Australia, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain, the Abu Dhabi International Airport Free Zone Expansion Masterplan, the Madinah Public Transport Plan, the Messaieed Industrial City Masterplan, the Telford Strategic Model, the Jeddah Transport Studies Model, the National Planning Development Strategy in Bahrain, and the Mass Transit Study for UK. He coauthored the Qatar Trip Generation Manual and updated the Qatar Guidelines and Procedures for Transportation Studies to mention a few. Over 30 years of experience in Urban Planning and Transportation Studies.
