Al-Hamedya City is a mixed-use development located on Emirates Road in the Emirate of Ajman. Crown Consult’s services included:

 Crown Consult also developed the Concept and Detail Designs for the landscaping of Al-Hamedya City. The landscape design objective was to create a cohesive residential community whilst ensuring walkability and connection across the city, as well as the integration of those spaces with the surrounding buildings. The public realm is not only intended to promote social interaction and a sense of neighborhood, but to also grant privacy for residents and their guests. Landscape elements, such as playgrounds,footpaths, and gathering places were placed to take account of the local soil conditions and the climatic characteristics of the site to ensure a low maintenance environment. By offering a variety of leisure possibilities and ambiances,users are encouraged to explore the whole area.
