Crown Consult was commissioned by HLM Architects to undertake the Transportation Impact Study (TIS) in support of the Concept and Schematic Design Stages for the Armed Forces Officers' Club and Hotel. This is a mixed-use development comprising residential, commercial, Institutional, and recreational elements, located within Khor Al Maqta (W53) area in Abu Dhabi.

The study assessed the impact of foretasted development traffic on the operation of site accesses and surrounding roads and junctions.
