Sector 19-22 is intended to deliver a model Emirati urban neighborhood aligned with the 2030 national plan. When fully developed, it will provide a blend of high quality of public realm, access to a wide range of amenities, integrated transportation, and a safe and secure environment. This project covered Phase 1 consisting of 275 units.
