Crown Consult has developed the Concept and Detail Design for the Landscape Project of 10G + 4.2G + 2 and 1 residential tower in Jumeirah Village, Dubai, incorporating the client’s vision and requirements and ensuring the quality of the outdoor space complies with Jumeirah Village guidelines and regulations.

The landscape design aimed to create an integrated space with the surrounding area, in line with the architectural concept. The creation of pathways for circulation and sitting areas for leisure and relaxation with the implementation of a green structure suited to the soil and climate of the place, offered favorable comfort conditions.
