Souq Warsan & Warsan Village Phase 2

Crown Consult was hired by AE7 to conduct entire design for roads and infrastructure development for War-san Village, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2016, will be developed into 942 three bedroom modern townhouses, 250 apartments, 365 retail outlets plaza, and the Warsan Souq. The Warsan Souq will consist of two zones which will comprise of eight buildings with Warsan Souq having two departments’ stores with one on each end of the souq. The souq will occupy two floors; a ground floor and a mezzanine with two en-trances available for most outlets to be able to accessible through the Souq and their own dedicated entrance, the Warsan Souq scheme will be completed by 2017. As part of the road network design, a validation concept study were prepared, in addition, concept infrastructure and utilities calculations has been prepared including various services such as storm water drainage, sewerage, irrigation, potable water, street lighting, electrical and telecommunication networks. Furthermore, obtaining all necessary authority approval is considered as part of the scope of work for this project.
