We clearly understand how approaching the public and securing their support is crucial to the implementation of land developments and community plans.

For over 20 years, our stakeholder managers have carefully handled the organization of Town Hall Meetings where the public have participated and expressed their views and concerns over the development project being presented.  Pilot surveys (face-to-face, telephone or online), focus groups or public media pools have been utilized by our professional managers to establish an a-prior beat of the support and to identify, in principle, the main challenges before meeting with the public.
