Crown Consult was commissioned to prepare the Concept and Detailed Designs of parking areas 1 and 2 of the Dubai Parks project. Services included:

Crown Consult also developed the Concept and Detail Designs for the Landscape incorporating the client’s vision and requirements and ensuring the quality of the outdoor space in accordance with local authority regulations. The landscape design's aim was to create a parking area with aesthetic quality, environmental and ecological value, as well as to provide a comfortable outdoor space for all users with shaded spaces, privacy , and permeable surfaces to improve drainage in the area.
