Crown Consult undertook several related commissions for the Pearl, Palm Jumeirah. This is an urban mixed-use project of 950,000 m2 GFA, which includes retail, office, hotel and residential units. An integral five-level parking structure provides space for up to 15,000 vehicles. Parking management and internal circulation therefore majorly contribute to the success of Dubai Pearl.
