The Saraya 1 & 2 project occupies a prominent position on the Abu Dhabi Corniche. The two 40-storey towers each contain 79 luxury apartments. Parking is provided both underground and at podium level.

Crown Consult reviewed of all vehicular access to the development to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines. Vehicular access for both visitors and residents were reviewed and, where necessary, modified. This included checking the geometric design of all access ramps and identifying opportunities for improving car park circulation and capacity.

The Traffic Impact Study of the development was prepared and approved in accordance with Abu Dhabi DOT's guidelines.
