Crown Consult was commissioned to prepare the Concept and Detailed Designs for roads and infrastructure on a 17 ha development in Nad Al Shiba 1 Area, Dubai, UAE.

The project was split into two work packages. The first involved site clearance (demolition of an existing steel structure and concrete slabs). The second, conducted by Crown Consult, consisted of:

• Storm Water Drainage
• Sewerage
• Irrigation
• Potable Water
• Street Lighting
• Electrical & Telecommunication Networks
• Site approvals and permissions.
